Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday 10th December, 2015. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Five Thousand Three Hundred Belize Dollars (BZD5, 300) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
